I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and then my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have experience across various treatment settings, including private practice, outpatient substance abuse, and community-based services.I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. I am eclectic and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Reality Based, and psychoeducation for individuals aged six and up. A holistic approach is utilized by exploring and educating clients about how the mind, spirit, and body are interconnected.
