It's my passion to support others on their journey toward healing and growth by offering a compassionate, integrative approach to mental health. My journey into counseling has been anything but conventional - and that's what makes my approach unique. After earning my Bachelor's degree from Sacred Heart University, I continued my education in Cognitive Neuroscience and Pre-Med before realizing that true healing comes from integrating the mind, body, and spirit, and I am now nearing the completion of my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The University of the Southwest.

I am a certified meditation teacher with the McLean Meditation Institute, and a certified health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I also hold certifications in Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnotherapy from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, and a certification in Rapid Transformational Therapy™, blending these approaches to help clients heal on every level - mind, body, and spirit.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Jungian principles, person-centered care, and trauma-informed practices. As a member of the psychology honor society Psi Chi, I uphold a commitment to excellence in the field and strive to create a safe, empowering space for every client.

I have a strong background in research, which led to pioneering a unique intensive program, Reprogramming Hate, aimed at reforming former extremists. This program addresses the ways resentment and rigid belief systems can block connection and encourages participants to embrace shared humanity, creating meaningful change. This approach has been extremely successful in helping people find personal transformation, rebuilding empathy, and empowering individuals to re-enter their communities with a renewed sense of purpose and connection.

At the heart of my work is a deep passion for helping people not just overcome challenges, but truly reconnect with their inner strength and potential. For me, mental health isn't just about treating symptoms; it's about empowering individuals to embrace who they are, build resilience, and create a life filled with purpose and connection. Whether I'm sitting with a client in a one-on-one session or designing programs that spark transformation, my goal is always the same: to help people feel seen, heard, and capable of change. I truly believe that healing is possible for everyone, and it's an honor to be part of that journey.

Healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are in harmony-and I'm here to guide you toward that balance.
