Master's Level Mental Health Counselor Intern

We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves.-Dalai Lama

I am a Master's level intern studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Florida. Prior to beginning my professional counseling program at UF, I earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology from Flagler College.

I hold the belief that anyone, regardless of their life stage, is capable of change, and that restoration is always within reach. I aim to create an understanding, safe, and compassionate space that allows clients to explore their internal strengths and discover solutions on their healing journey. Utilizing a holistic and relational approach, I integrate various counseling theories and techniques to help you move closer to your goals.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I find joy in surfing, going on runs with my dog, and practicing yoga. Currently, I am pursuing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification and look forward to the opportunity to teach classes.

Remember, you are not alone in your struggle, and positive change is possible. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
