Beyond Talk Therapy
M Liggett Cato – SuperSleuth and Top Emotion Coach find’s the ‘root cause’ of the issue.
“Rather than masking the symptoms, identify the cause and set yourself free.”
What would you give to feel whole and free again?
Maybe you’ve been told that depression, anxiety, and chronic stress are chemical imbalances in your brain. Something in you is broken and you can only fix yourself with pills.
That idea is a terrible myth. What’s broken and outdated is our healthcare system.
These myths that are handed down by trusted authorities are keeping us sick and/or confused.
Is lingering trauma holding you back from a happy, beautiful and productive life?
According to holistics, psychiatrists, psychologists, and personal growth counselors, all you really need to change your life are 4 things – Knowledge, Tools, Support, and a Reset.
With the right knowledge and tools – combined with the right support – we can hit the reset button together and awaken the person you were meant to be naturally.
In an effort to amplify wellbeing, homeopathic support may be incorporated upon request.
“My clients come to me drained of energy, miserable, overwhelmed by anxiety, or sunken by depression, and those same clients walk away feeling fulfilled, alive again, personally empowered, happy, productive, and full of joy.”
Discover a powerful holistic approach that goes beyond talk therapy and/or medication. And do it all with the support of coaches and therapists that understand you.
This radical healing approach combines science and spirituality for mind-body-spirit.
“For God hath not given us the spirit of FEAR, but of LOVE, and of POWER, and of a SOUND MIND.” 2 Timothy 1:7

Renee holds diplomas as a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist from The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, the only state-licensed hypnotherapy school in Florida. She has over 500 hours of training in Classical, Clinical, Interpersonal, and Transpersonal hypnotherapy. She is a certified member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists and does continuing education annually to maintain her training at a high level.
Renee’s journey over the past 20 plus years has been to continue learning and growing while living her life’s purpose and she believes that she was divinely led to Hypnotherapy. Her studies have included psychology, alternative health, marriage and family, teaching and spirituality. Nothing brings all of her education and life experience together for her in the way that Hypnotherapy does.
Hypnosis is a natural, yet relaxed, state of concentration where the conscious mind is asked to step aside to allow communication with the subconscious mind. During hypnosis the client is always conscious, always in control, will never say or do anything that they do not want to, and they will remember the entire session when it is complete. The client’s goals are used for direction during the session for positive changes.
It is important for the client to know that Hypnotherapy is not talk therapy, and they will not need to disclose anything that they want to keep private in order to make changes. The hypnotherapist simply guides and holds a space for transformation to occur without judgement. When the mind aligns and the heart remains open and free the body responds with balance and well-being.
Renee uses a variety of powerful modalities to personalize each session, for no two clients have the same exact perspectives.
Her specialties are: Stress Relief, Inner Peace, Confidence, Self-Awareness, Relationship Issues, Emotional Well-Being, Irrational Fears, Sleep Issues, Grief and Loss, Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, Reduce Mental Conflict, Releasing Negative Mental Patterns
**Any diagnosed conditions require that the hypnotherapist receives the prescription, referral, supervision or direction from what the Florida Hypnosis Statutes calls a “licensed practitioner of the healing arts.
ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK ABOUT, HYPNOSIS CAN WORK ON.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 15 years of counseling experience. I have a Master’s in Community Counseling from the University of Hawaii. My early years as a therapist were spent in a variety of community-based settings including a forensic psychiatric hospital, crisis center and substance abuse facility.
Six years ago I transitioned into private practice and have found a passion for working with clients who want to live more consciously and with intention, break free from self-limiting beliefs and redefine themselves. A central theme of therapy is exploring underlying core issues and the resulting habitual thought patterns that prevent us from living the lives we desire.
I use a solution-focused style of therapy where we will create goals together and start to foster positive transformation from the first session. This interactive and collaborative approach often leads to increased insight and significant change with less time spent in therapy.
I typically embrace a mind-body-spirit approach where we will explore all aspects of your life to foster a true state of overall wellness. I am a certified yoga teacher and highly specialized in teaching mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques and other mind-body oriented tools for managing anxiety and increasing awareness. I have extensive experience helping clients explore and develop their own unique spiritual perspective.
I’m a 20-year military wife and mother of three who understands first hand the difficulties of work-family balance and finding the time for self-care. I see my role as a supportive, non-judgmental listener as well as an experienced clinician that can offer effective therapeutic techniques and constructive feedback.
My areas of specialty include: Mindfulness, Anxiety & Depression, Relationship & Parenting Issues, Women’s Issues, Codependency, Addiction, Life Transitions, Self-Worth, Motivation, Spirituality.

Diane has embraced counseling over the past twenty-five years. She has experience working with therapeutic communities, family counseling and substance abuse.
Experiencing the loss of her spouse has brought her skills to a new level. Diane understands
that grief is very personal and different for each person, as everyone’s life experiences are not
the same. It is important to know that grief can manifest itself in many ways and each client is handled individually, personalizing every session. She uses the client’s individual circumstances to bring about self-awareness, reduce stress and increase emotional wellbeing. Client sessions can be conducted through office meetings, telephone or video conferencing.
Diane has a BA in Human Resource Management with a Certificate in Counseling from
St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, New York. Her experience with therapeutic communities, families and individuals includes being a consultant for Daytop Village and a counselor for Crossings Rehabilitation Center, organizations focused on substance abuse and family discord.
In 2019, Diane earned her Certification in Grief Coaching from the International Coaching Foundation. Studying the stages of the grieving process and working with others experiencing this dramatic change in life, has enhanced her ability to help others through a journey she herself has experienced. She describes it as “a frequently arduous and often-painful process of moving through grief to gratitude.” Her compassion and empathy have also been honed by being a very blessed and active mother of three and grandmother of seven. She would be most privileged to help you through your very personal journey.
